Gagged - Thought Legislation Signed by Arnold

Well everyone, first I have to say that I am so proud that Arnold did not get my vote. He's not a real Republican first of all, and he's part of Hollywood which is in the lobby of the homosexual community and of course he totally panders to the homosexuals, which is what he did yesterday.

So much for listening to the people of this state.

The bill he signed was authored by Sheila Kuehl, a lesbian activist. Which should've given Arnold a clue to the bias and discrimination against Christians, and heterosexuals. But see, Arnold really doesn't care about the majority in California. All he cares about is pandering to the homosexual activists.

"SB 1234 creates a uniform definition of a hate crime that includes crimes against individuals based on their sexual orienation or gender identity, broadens what a hate crime is to include crimes against individuals based on their assosication with people who are gay or transgender (as well as association based on other protected categories), and provide tools designed to reduce such crimes."

"Hate crimes are acts of violence or terrorism, directed at an individual victim, because of their perceived association with a group or community," said Senator Sheila Kuehl."

So in other words, we now have a law on the books that says that if you even PERCEIVE something that someone who is gay gets offended by, that you can now be in trouble with the law.

In other words, we now have "Thought legislation" on the books.

What is wrong with you? Since when did your blog become solely a vehicle for hate and intolerance directed at gay people?

Being the victim of a hate crime is alot different than being offended by something, by the way. (although hate crimes are totally offensive)

Maybe you just need to explore your sexuality. After all, the biggest homophobes are also the biggest closet cases.

You bite so easily! LOL.... :)

And I think you might want to explore all of my blog because all of my posts aren't about the homosexual movement....duh!

So I'm assuming that Stacy will lead the charge to repeal all hate crimes laws, starting with religion because everyone knows that hate crimes laws that give special rights to religion silence the non-religious and violates their first amendment rights to speak out against the Christian Agenda.

First of all: bite on what so easily? I don't get it.

Next, I know that not all of your posts are about homosexuals, but there are several about them, and they are all hateful and intolerant.

Yup, Stacy, Arnold S WON the election - despite a full scale effort by the California Leviticus Crowd to defeat him......

I happen to oppose hate crimes laws btw.... I tend to agree with the Cato Institute's analysis on that subject.

What is a real republican?
