Ancient Boundaries

Today I was reading in Proverbs 22 and verse 28 caught my attention. It says, "Do not move the ancient boundary which your fathers have set."

I thought this was interesting especially in light of all the restructuring the homosexual community wants to do with marriage and the family.

Could it be that the ancient boundary that the fathers set has to do with living by the Law in the Old Testament? Or could it be that those boundaries are there to protect us ?

I've got a lot of ideas about it, but I would defer to you, my reading audience for your opinion.

Please share.
